Oh my God!
This is really weird and strange for me. You see, to do Final Assault, you must complete all 4 quests! Which is no problem. So I beat all quests with ease except one. Orozar! This quest literally took me 20-30 hours of time just to finish! And we did the back door trick just to beat it!
Now this seriously blew my mind. When I joined a team for FA. I kept hearing things like "DUDE, you have NO IDEA whats instore for you! Have you done this before? Get 2 or 3 warriors!!!".
Well, we finally managed to get a team of 8 people, 3 monks, 2 healing and 1 prot. 2 warriors with a ele, necro, and a ranger. And as we progress to SF we are doing extreemly well.
Finally when got into SF and I thought (Okay, here we go, get ready cuz its going to be tuff) and someone aggroed the first mob which 1000 guys rushed after us. Amazingly, we all lived.. but 2, lol. They quickly got rezed and we beat up 20 guys. I was like
The guy who told me "omg you don't know what your up for", was like "wow, i'm impressed, that we survived that!". Then the other healing monk droped on us so it was just 7 of us.
Well after alot of fighting after wards, we finally reached HIM, the golem. Which disappointed me, because I expected some big cut scene of him comming out of the ground and when you reach him its a dead end corner, so you can't go anywhere, but instead it was a all around circle. It felt like he was just randomly placed somewere. Anyways, we got hit with a few of his hot lava and crushing spike balls, but no one died.. then finally we blew him up where 3 flying red djins came out of him. Here we all died! lol, but was quickly ressurected. Then we slowly did and approached them again.. successfully living and finally killing them all.. mission completed!
Now.. my question is.. DID I MISS SOMETHING!??????? I compeleted the quest on my FIRST TRY!!! Orozar was HARDER!? Whats up with that?????? We beat it with 7 people!?????
I think what it was, that the protection monk using protective spirit, cut like what a billion damage could do into 30's 40's. So it made it easier on me to heal people. People really need Protection Monks in their group, wish I had brought one for Orozar.

Orozar is actually pretty easy with a minion master. As long as there's someone to get rid of the corpses, the silly binders cant do their shit. If not, then in most cases everyone dies at the last mob when all hell breaks loose and gets auto-ressed and complete the mission.
FA is really not that difficult except for the lame Djinns who kill everyone after the cutscene. Everyone gets auto-ressed and then kill them one by one. No biggie.

actually final assault is pretty easy, I attempted it with hench, just to see what it was like and I made it to the golem with very little trouble.. only problem was that hench follow you, so I couldn't kill the 3 binders before they came back.. but I did get some good drops so it was worth it.

Would be nice if you didn't overexagerrate the numbers, can't really tell where you were at certain points. But I'm sure there were a 1000 guys who rushed you and they were doing a bit less than a billion damage...
No, it isn't that hard.

I can't get passed the first main room with henchies, I don't see how you guys do it. I've never even GOTTEN TO a quest with hench. Maybe there is some prog. that I am missing that increases the AI of henchmen.

It does, for 1 hit, because the Djinn's attack removes an enchantment (or all enchantments, I forget.)

I may actually have to try these missions. I've been too busy killing droves of dwarves for money that I don't really need... still kills time though.

If someone (preferably a warrior) picks up a gear doing Ozozar's then they draw aggro from the mobs and a good elle and necro with minions or horrors can mop up the tightly packed mobs attacking the same person holding the gear while the monks heal and protect him.... easy!
You all go to do is stick close together when fighting the djinn as their damage is spread out amongst you. I did this first time as well... I suppose there is a trick to every quest that makes it allot easier.

It is extremely easy, probably one of the three monk have brought heal area, which basically make the djinn deal ZERO damage. Each time the djin dmg the group (staying together) for 100 points of damage, heal area recover the 100 points and by the time the djinn cast another major dmg, the monk would have recover 10 mana to cast heal area again.
However without heal area it would be much difficult to take the djinn imo.

The "Consuming Flames" attack removes one enchantment. But since it attacks pretty much every second, I wouldn't count on any enchant staying up that long.

Heal Area? Where it heals everyone, including all enemies, in the area? Unless I had extremely high DPS, it'd take forever to take down the Djinn. Perhaps you mean Heal Party?
And yes...picking up the Gear or any other item that requires the use of your hands will draw the aggro of anyone in your aggro circle to you. It's usable in a few other places too; it can make a certain "hard" mission easier

Or divine healing, which should be rather powerful for the protection monk.

carrying gears helps in every mission.. or in final assault carrying around the explosives is nice, once you draw agro, drop it for a knockdown and burn on the enemies
